What an amazing service! We got catering service from Miceala and her team for our wedding. They were so professional and always helpful, we had really nice food during our wedding . Miceala managed perfectly. She is always ready to help and find a solution. I highly recommend, price and food quality is amazing. Thank you so much again!

Micaela is everything you want in a host! 🤗 Warm, engaging, and perfectly prepared. It was the second time I joined one of her workshops, and both times were so lovely. Interesting dishes, learning something new, but without the pressure of specific skills needed. We had a lovely evening of cooking, drinking and laughing, with Micaela being the perfect host! All the recipes were delicious and her guidance was excellent, checking up on progress and giving constant words of encouragement. Micaela is the most gracious teacher, cannot recommend her workshops enough!

Micaela from The Balanced Plate organized a lunch for about 60 people, and everything was absolutely amazing! The food was great and beautifully presented. Communication with Micaela was pleasant throughout the process and she was very considerate of all dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend The Balanced Plate to anyone!
