Starting the weekend of August 7–8, I am launching handcrafted Brunch Boxes and Aperitivo Boxes, available for weekend pickup right here on the Overtoom.
Think of it as bringing a little piece of my kitchen — and the best of what the Amsterdam markets have to offer that week — straight to your table.
What Are the Boxes, and what makes them special?
Each box is built around a core of Italian classics I love most (focaccia, cheeses, taralli, olive, brioche..), combined with available seasonal Dutch ingredients (fruits and vegetables). The menus change weekly. The quality does not.
Two formats, two occasions. Perfect to be enjoyed at the park or at home.
- The Brunch Box — slow mornings made special. Fresh, abundant, no fuss.
- The Aperitivo Box — the Italian art of gathering before the meal. Grazing, sharing, a glass of something good.

A Little Sneak Peek
I am still finalising the first weekly menu, but here is the kind of thing you can expect:
- Freshly baked focaccia — plain or topped with whatever the season brings.
- Homemade dips and spreads — think caponata, grilled vegetables, hummus flavored with slow-roasted tomatoes.
- A curated cheese selection.
- Italian salumi in the meat boxes.
- Marinated olives.
- Caprese skewers when August tomatoes are at their absolute peak.
- Frittata bites with seasonal veggies.
- Yoghurt with fresh fruits or granola
- Seasonal fruit.
- The best part: a little rotating weekly surprise from whatever caught my eye at the market that morning.
- Nothing from a packet. Everything made with care.
- Add-ons: desserts (how can i NOT offer my amazing tiramisu´?) & drinks (soft drinks like Crodino, Aperol Spritz mini bottles, iced teas..)
