Today I am sharing this delicious, vegan and indulgent summer dessert. Packed with sweet, juicy peaches and topped with a tasty, crunchy top – what a treat!
It’s so easy and relatively quick to make (you just have to wait patiently until it cools off completely), I love how the peach flavor combines with the amaretto – perfection if you ask me! I love nectarines, but you can also use other peach types – as long as they are ripe and bursting with flavor! The honey is to give a gentle sweet boost to those lovely peaches – hence why the crumble does not have that much sugar You can find amaretti (the hard ones) in most big supermarkets. Alternatively, you can use some almond essence and almond flour – but it won’t be the same!
