Risotto with sweet Gorgonzola & Hazelnuts

Are you looking for something different to surprise your guests, or just yourself? Even better if it’s loaded with cheese? 😀 then this super creamy and rich risotto is just what you are looking for!

The sweet gorgonzola, once cooked, gives it a rich taste that is milder than raw gorgonzola (thankfully, because I am not a fan!). You can find sweet gorgonzola in most big supermarkets.

Then, the sweet and crunchy hazelnuts balance it out with flavor and texture. Divine! Feel free to try with other nuts as well, like almonds or pistachios! Finally, I always like to top up most of my pasta and risotto dishes with pepper and cheese. What are you waiting for? Try it and let me know!
