This simple and fresh toast is the best summery treat, thanks to the juicy grilled peaches and gorgeous burrata – the perfect match!
I decided to give this Summer trend a try, and found a great result by adding some agave syrup to the peaches, and a fresh parsley-infused oil – to give some sweetness in case your peaches are not super ripe, and extra freshness with the parsley 😉
It’s best when served on a perfectly toasted slice of sourdough bread, otherwise to give it an extra crunch you can add some toasted nuts like pine nuts, almonds or hazelnuts.
And if you do not have burrata or stracciatella, you can use whipped ricotta or cream cheese instead.
