This simple yet rich focaccia is your ultimate snack! Topped with cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and herbs, it’s so tasty it uplevels your focaccia game!
One good thing about this focaccia recipe is the fact that the focaccia dough, being quite thin, only requires one hour resting/proofing time. This means it’s way quicker than your average focaccia!
Another great thing about this recipe is that it’s highly customizable. Here I used goat’s cheese and dill – a great combo but I am aware not everyone is fond of those strong flavors!
