These creamy, refreshing and super indulgent coffee pots are the ultimate summer dessert! They are easy to make, and ready within minutes! Remember to take into account the hours of rest time, and enjoy!
All you have to do is to prep the coffee beforehand, melt the sugar in it, then wait until it’s cold (or at least room temperature). As like me you don’t want to drink coffee after a certain hour, you can swap normal coffee with decaf – it will do the trick! 😉
Also, make sure to work the cream when it’s still cold to ensure a solid, stiff structure at the end. Ideally use a stand mixer or an electric one with whisks. Add the coffee + sugar slowly, then transfer in the pots/glasses and store in the fridge.
Finally, just before serving, you can sprinkle some cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
