Sper quick & Easy Sundried Tomato Pesto

Looking for a delicious pesto sauce for the cold months, that is super quick & easy to make? Then this sundried tomato pesto, super rich & flavorful, is what you are looking for! 😀
The few easy steps can be done while your pasta is boiling, otherwise you can use this spread on breads, crackers, and so on. It does wonders by itself, or on top of sliced mozzarella, burrata.. you get the idea! 😉
You can definitely use store-bought sundried tomatoes, just make sure they are in extra virgin olive oil. They can also contain some extra things for flavoring, like herbs or capers! One tip is, as the recipe says, to use the oil from the jar. Hence why it´s best if it´s good quality oil! Otherwise if you want a less strong flavor, try to use some olive oil, or even flavorless oil instead. Enjoy!
