Soft Cantucci with Chocolate & Hazelnuts

Do you like cantucci, the traditional Tuscan cookies, but looking for an alternative recipe? Try this delicious version with chocolate and hazelnuts, so soft and rich!

These cookies are easy & quick to make, and go very well as side treat with a nice tea or coffee!

The recipe is basically the same as the traditional one (which you can find here). I just added some dark chocolate chips and hazelnuts – both ground (for an extra rich cookie dough) and whole for the crunch. This version is also relatively soft because I cooked it for shorter time. If you prefer the cookie to be very crunchy, just add an extra 3-4 min cooking time to both cooking steps! Enjoy!
