Risotto with Cream and Shrimps – Easy & Delicious

Looking for a fancy, super creamy and delicious risotto? Love seafood? Then this shrimp risotto is perfect for you 😉

With just an extra couple of steps after following the ‘usual’ steps to make risotto, this recipe is super easy and relatively quick, but the results are stunning! The cream makes it extra rich and gives it a silky texture, while the shrimps makes it summery, with that seafood zing to it. The final touch is the toasted hazelnuts – extra crunchy, they pair very well with the other ingredients and give the risotto an unusual texture. To be made to impress! 😉

If you are lactose intolerant, you can definitely use non-dairy cream – my go to would be the Alpro cooking cream. When I use it I can barely notice the difference!
