Risotto with Cream and Shrimps – Easy & Delicious

Looking for a fancy, super creamy and delicious risotto? Love seafood? Then this shrimp risotto is perfect for you πŸ˜‰

With just an extra couple of steps after following the β€˜usual’ steps to make risotto, this recipe is super easy and relatively quick, but the results are stunning! The cream makes it extra rich and gives it a silky texture, while the shrimps makes it summery, with that seafood zing to it. The final touch is the toasted hazelnuts – extra crunchy, they pair very well with the other ingredients and give the risotto an unusual texture. To be made to impress! πŸ˜‰

If you are lactose intolerant, you can definitely use non-dairy cream – my go to would be the Alpro cooking cream. When I use it I can barely notice the difference!
