These potatoes are super easy to make (and super quick if you get the pre-cooked and pre-sliced ones). They are super tasty thanks to the stock and butter and have a hint of vinegar which is common in potato salads from Austria and Germany.
I like them especially during the warmer days because they’re super nice when they’re cold!
For a vegan version, you can use vegan butter (or margarine) and veggie stock instead of the beef stock. Equally delicious, just less traditional 😊 I look forward to hear your comments on this!
