Quick & Delicious Pasta with Creamy Salmon

Today I am sharing this super easy & quick pasta sauce with shredded salmon and cream. It’s super delicious and nourishing – perfect for a no-fuss midweek meal!

I use smoked salmon because it’s already flavored, so no extra spices are required! And to be extra quick I use scissors to cut it into shreds. Remember to not add the usual amount of salt to the pasta boiling water because the smoked salmon is very salty!

For the cooking cream, my go-to is the Alpro (soy based) – lighter and perfect for dairy intolerants! When adding the cooking cream, it’s better to add it at the end and cook it for about 1 minute before adding the pasta – otherwise it will absorb all the flavor from the salmon!

My go-to herb here is chives! If you are not a fan, you can swap it with either dill or parsley – fresh is better! Enjoy! ;D
