Try this seasonal spin of the classic ‘marble cake’! Just add some pumpkin flavor which goes very well with the chocolate. The result is a spongy and light cake, to delight you at all times of the day!
This version is also dairy free because I used oat milk. Feel free to use dairy or any plant based alternative 😊 also, make sure to use coca powder without sugar – otherwise add a little less (5-10g) of sugar to the mix to not make it too sweet.
You can store it at room temperature for a couple of days. In case it gets a bit dry, a nice trick is to either microwave it/warm it up a little, or you can cover it with a nice, simple sugar glaze (just mix some icing sugar with very little water, and cover the cake). Just splendid! Enjoy!
