Super quick to put together, you can enjoy it by itself or combine it with some nice spreads or a cheese platter!
I tried to leave the walnuts quite coarse so that you can still feel the crunch when you bite into it, but if you prefer a smoother texture, just blitz them until powdered! If you are not a fan of walnuts, you could use almonds or cashew nuts instead. As for the pesto, I found a very nice red pesto (mainly with sun-dried tomatoes), but feel free to experiment with other sauces, like the classic basil pesto! Enjoy 😊
