I love this pasta sauce so much: first you can use leftover broccoli for a super easy & quick meal. Also, you don’t need much to make your steamed broccoli super flavorful: just a dash of oil, garlic, some spices, and you’re set! I usually cook them in a pan until I get a crunchy crust on them!
You can also make it vegan by simply omitting the cheese at then end (or using a vegan one!). Also, feel free to play with different spices! You could also make a creamy sauce by blitzing some broccoli with ricotta or cooking cream 😉
