Easy & Healthy Baked Branzino (Seabass)

Today I show you how to cook my favourite fish, in my favourite way! 😀 It’s so easy and quick, the result will surprise you! Simple, healthy and delicious. I am drooling just thinking about it haha!

It’s important to use fresh fish (more taste, but also more moist). Seabass is very tasty, so I actually don’t put any condiment onto it! What you can do (and see here) is to add a drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil and you’re ready!

Also, try to get an already cleaned fish – all you will have to do is to cut off the head, tail and remove the skin once cooked. Enjoy! 😀
