Easy & Delicious Coconut-flavored Pannacotta

I love pannacotta. It’s such a decadent dessert! So delicate yet packed with flavor. That silky texture gets me all the time! And let’s talk about how versatile it is! You can flavor it with so many things!

If you are a fan of Matcha (Japanese green tea) and desserts that are not too sweet, just try this recipe & substitute the coconut shreds with 1tsp of high-grade Matcha powder! Utterly delicious.

This recipe has 100% cream – for a lighter version you can use 2/3 cream and 1/3 milk – it will still work!

To make it vegan, you can use plant-based cooking cream. Generally, you can substitute gelatin with powdered agar in equal amounts (so roughly 3g). I haven’t tried it yet, so if you do let me how it turns out! 😀
