Deliciously Rich Apricot Tarte Tatin

This delicious, indulgent dessert is the summery take on the classic tarte tatin. Delicious, caramelized apricots sitting on a rich shortcrust crust. Amazing!

It’s super easy to make – and if you want to cut times even further you can also use a store-bough pastry. It won’t be as good though 😉 I decided to use these gorgeous apricots because I had many left – you could also try with another summer fruit like plums, or peaches. If you want a dairy free recipe, you can swap the butter with a vegan alternative (I like the brand Violife). Enjoy! 😀
