Catering

My Italian catering services currently cover both private and corporate events, from small orders (a cake for a special occasion), to large orders like canapes for a wedding reception, a buffet for a graduation or corporate lunches and parties. I am also open to cater for office lunches on a weekly/monthly basis.

The catering menu is Italian-inspired: I do both traditional italian and seasonal, healthy recipes using a combination of imported and locally sourced (seasonal) ingredients. In this way, I ensure the best quality and flavor for my recipes. The result is a dish that is as tasty and as authentic as possible that will make your experience unforgettable! All dietary requirements are taken into account: a dish can be made with suitable ingredients, otherwise alternatives will be discussed.

As a conscious cook, I want to have as little impact on the planet as possible. To do so, I often add vegetarian/vegan twists; I use reusable, recycled or biodegradable packaging as much as possible; I deliver using a bicycle or electric vehicle.

PRIVATE EVENTS
For private dinners, birthdays and other special occasions, I provide buffet-style options or a set menu. Both options can be tailored and include all-time italian favorites. I deliver to your door, so you can relax and enjoy the occasion and the food.
Here are some examples:

Buffet examples:
1. Aperitivo wonder: a box filled with traditional cured meats and/or traditional cheeses, focaccia, grissini, olives, sundried tomatoes, roasted artichokes, and a couple of pesto spreads.
2. Focaccia with fillings (vegetarian options also available), mini savory pastries, pizzette (ie mini pizze), various pesto dips, bruschette, cold pasta salads with seasonal vegetables, colorful & seasonal salads, desserts.

3-Course Menu example:
-Starter: cicchetti (bruschette with various toppings) or mini tarts;
-Main: beef meatballs (family recipe) with rustic bread OR gnocchi in a creamy gorgonzola sauce (vegetarian option);
-Dessert: mini torta della nonna (shortcrust pastry filled with lemon and vanilla-infused custard)
