Amsterdam Cooking Workshop series: A Journey into Regional Cuisine

Let me take you to a culinary journey through Italy! In this Amsterdam cooking workshop series, each event will cover one region of Italy where you will cook and learn about local dishes and wines.

You will be amazed at how simple it is to make delicious and simple food. It´s a fun, social and learning experience you won´t forget! The Amsterdam cooking class has both hands-on & chilled + social moments.

THE PROGRAM:
-In this cooking workshop series you will enjoy a 3-course meal, with 2 courses paired with local wines.
-After a welcoming snack, and a meet&greet, you will learn how to cook 2 of the 3 courses: the main, and the appetizer or dessert. For some of the dishes, like fresh pasta, you will make your own. For others, the guests will split into teams. Don´t worry if you don´t want to miss out: you will receive the recipe booklet after the event!
-After cooking everything, we will enjoy the 3-course meal at a nice table, with laughter & chill.

-Menu:
Starter is cicchetti, the famouse venetian bites
Main is bigoli con Nero di seppia e gamberetti (freshly made bigoli pasta with squid ink and shrimps)
Dessert is Tiramisu’.
Together we will make tiramisu’ & the main (pasta from scratch, and pasta sauce).
