It’s a busy midweek day, you are too tired or don’t have time to prep something nutritious & nice. Well look no further, I am here to share with you this fantastic pasta recipe. The best part? You make the sauce while the pasta is cooking, so that everything is ready to be enjoyed by the time the pasta is ready!
I used walnuts but I am sure other nuts like almonds, pistacchio or cashews can do the magic as well. Same for the herbs: in this case I used sage but if you are not a fan, thyme is also a good alternative.
The best part is that you can make the recipe lighter, or simply dairy free by using plant-based cooking cream (Alpro light is always my go-to) & plant-based butter!
