Salmon & Dill Cheesecake – Easy and Delicious!

Are you looking for an easy yet impressive appetizer? This savory salmon and dill cheesecake is here to impress!
The rich and thick base pairs perfectly with the creamy sauce, an almost 1to1 ratio of cream cheese and ricotta, which makes it quite light. The cheesecake is flavored with finely chopped smoked salmon and fresh dill, a match made in heaven 😉
If you prefer to use other herbs, feel free to swap it with parsley or chives. Let me know how it turns out!
The best part about this cake is that you can make it in no time, then store it in the fridge and use it when needed. The final steps to decorate it take only a few minutes. Do not forget the lemon zest, it gives it a final refreshing touch!
