Creamy Yoghurt with Caramelized Peaches & Amaretti

This creamy yoghurt pot is the sweet treat you did not know you were missing! 😀
First, this rich Greek yogurt (feel free to use alternatives like vegan, or more protein-rich) is flavored with shredded coconut, lemon zest and sugar. Of note, you can use an already-flavored yoghurt!
Next, the cubed peach is slowly caramelized in the pan with a bit of sugar and water, aiming for two things: to get it soft (as you see, I smashed some pieces for a jam-like consistency), and to boost its sweetness!
The peach is then added to the yoghurt to make it extra rich. The final touch? Amaretti cookies (the dried version), crumbled on top for an extra crunch! Plus, the combination peach & amaretto is known to be excellent 😉
This dessert is perfect as a lighter sweet treat during the day, or as breakfast! If you have one of those containers that you can seal, it makes the perfect take away sweet snack!
