These super crunchy chickpeas are so easy to prepare, and make the perfect snack to enjoy by itself or in a nice salad, if you are looking to add some crunch and/or protein to it!
The best part is that you can use store-bought canned chickpeas, which are pre-cooked. In this way, your crunchy snack will be ready in no time! Make sure to dry them well, to ensure a good coating of the spice mix! Speaking of the spice mix, feel free to use the spices (and amounts) that you prefer! I am a big fan of cumin and cinnamon (and the combination of the two) – hence why I added more of these two 🙂 enjoy!
