Tasty & Light Crackers with Mixed Seeds

These crackers are easy to make, light and healthy. The perfect savory snack 😉

They are super tasty thanks to the corn flour and the mixed seeds, which also give all sorts of nutrients (pumpkin, chia and sunflower, for instance, are rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats). You can use the seed mix that you want of course, just keep the same final weight 😊 same goes for the flour – feel free to mix them up!

It’s important that when you finish cooking them that they are already quite hard and crunchy. We don’t want soggy crackers! They are perfect alone, together with a nice spread (like hummus), with cheese and so on. Simply perfect! And they keep for a few days. What are you waiting for? 😀 enjoy!
