This light and healthy mousse is super delicious! With plenty of fresh and seasonal strawberries, this easy to make dessert is perfect for this season.
I decided to use syrup instead of sugar to make it a bit healthier and lighter – feel free to experiment with sugar too! Also, this version is not overly sweet because the strawberries I used were little flavor bombs 😉 so make sure to get your hands on wonderful strawberries while they are in season!
For a dairy free version, you can use non-dairy cream (like the alpro whipping cream). Remember to taste it before transferring to the glasses to make sure it’s sweet enough for you. And don’t rush it – it has to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours! Also, you can adapt this recipe to all the fruits you like 😊 enjoy!
